All I can say is nothing but great things. This is one of my favorite stores. Great prices, cleanliness,and service. Always a pleasure to shop at Shoe Carnival!

They didn't have the shoes I wanted😔 but I could order them offline. So that was fine but the service that the manager & the employee on duty gave me was great so they deserve a 5.👍 …

Staff here are very helpful and nice. I had a return and that was no hassle. Been going here awhile and haven't had a problem.

I went in there for some shoes. Nice young man who works there asked if I needed help. Told him I needed good comfortable shoes. He helped. Bought 2 pair. Great customer service!

VERY helpful sales clerk. Was patient in working to make sure my wife was satisfied and felt comfortable in the shoes she chose out of the styles she'd selected for her to try on. Gave her the maximum discount possible. Spent about $69 for 2 pair on a buy1/get one for half off sale.

Was kinda in a rush while I was out and about shopping and right as soon as I walked in I was welcomed, while the first male associate I seen was very helpful and kind while he was making sure my shoe shopping experience was quick, and enjoyable, making me become a satisfied returning customer.
